Editorial policy

What we don't do

• No star ratings until we have real reader feedback.
• No testimonials we can't back up with permission.
• No “tested” badges unless we actually signed up and used the tool.
• No paid changes to editorial listings.

Ads and affiliate links

Paid placements are labeled “Ad” with the advertiser named. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you, and we say so before the first such link on a page or in an issue. Our parent company, Capital Edge, sells setup services; house ads for them are labeled.

Healthcare

We list admin and front-office tools only. We do not collect patient information. HIPAA/BAA notes quote the vendor's own page with a link and date; we never certify compliance.

Re-checks

Every listing is re-checked monthly, and within 5 business days of a correction request.

Corrections

Corrections go to consult@capitaledgeconsultants.com and are answered within 5 business days.
